Terms & conditions
Here you will find the terms and conditions of the services: please read them carefully before purchasing, thank you.

A healthcare professional may not perform any treatment without the prior consent of the client.
The rights and obligations of the client and the care provider (the psychologist) are regulated by various laws, including the Agreement on Medical Treatment (WGBO - Wet Geneeskundige Behandelovereenkomst), the Act on Quality, Complaints and Disputes in Healthcare (Wkkgz - Wet kwaliteit, klachten en geschillen zorg), the GDPR (Data Protection Regulation).
The psychologist also declares himself bound to respect the Code of Professional Ethics of his professional association (NIP - Nederlands Instituut van Psychologen), which regulates, among other things, professional secrecy.
During the intake interview and during the course of treatment, the psychologist informs and answers the client's questions about the therapy and the expected results; the client declares himself aware that the outcome of the therapy depends on many factors, including personal commitment.
The psychologist is required to compile and store the medical record: the client, upon written request, can consult, modify and/or destroy the file (except as required by law).
The therapist undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the client's personal data, as determined by law.
The psychologist also undertakes to inform the client if his/her treatment is not appropriate and/or insufficient, referring the client to his/her GP or a fellow therapist.

The client may terminate treatment at any time either in mutual agreement with the psychologist or unilaterally by his/her own decision.
The client accepts the payment corresponding to the requested service and undertakes to process it at the time of purchase or within a maximum of 30 days after.
The costs of an appointment not cancelled within 24 hours before may be charged for the full amount at the discretion of the psychologist.

The customer has the right to complain about the treatment by writing to EP4therapy@gmail.com. If the dispute is irreconcilable, the customer can contact a competent body: CBKZ.nl.

By law, the psychologist cannot prescribe drugs: if the customer needs drugs, he/she must contact his/her family doctor.

According to Dutch law, minor customers (up to 16 years of age) or people who are not capable of understanding and willing need the explicit consent of their parents or guardians to stipulate and carry out the treatment.
The customer, having carefully read and accepted the above, declares that he/she wishes to proceed with the treatment chosen by him/her at EP4therapy (at the time of check out, a checkbox will be displayed in which the customer can add his/her consent).
