Life can be unpredictable, and I understand that unexpected events come up. To help me manage my schedule and offer open slots to clients who may need urgent support, I kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines:
Notice Period: If you need to reschedule or cancel our session, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. You can easily reach me by phone, text, or email.
Late Cancellations: I know emergencies and sudden illnesses happen. If you must cancel with less than 24 hours' notice due to a genuine emergency, please get in touch so we can discuss it. Otherwise, late cancellations or missed sessions without prior notice may be subject to the standard session fee.
Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please let me know. We will use the remaining time of your scheduled slot to focus on your well-being, and the full session fee will apply.
